Appointment Confirmation
Once Sheila reviews your request, you will receive a personal confirmation call or email. Appointments are scheduled based on availability and client need.
Because each session is individualized, it’s important to reserve your time slot in advance. Walk-in appointments are not available.
If your preferred time is not available, Sheila will offer the next closest options that fit your schedule.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least
24 hours’ notice. This allows another client the opportunity to book that time.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a rescheduling fee. Your cooperation helps maintain fairness and flexibility for everyone seeking treatment.
If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious illness, please contact Sheila to reschedule. Your comfort and health—as well as the safety of others—are the top priority.
